Raid:
~ A main raiding character and spec must be declared.
~ IF a run is on the calender please sign up. Even if you can't go let us know that and include in your note when would work.
If we get enough people wanting a different day we may move, or add a second run of that instance.
~ If you are on standby for a guild run please do not PUG it until after the run has passed. Also, if you are on standby
please be online at invite time in case there is a no show, or last minute change.
~We use a DKP loot system.
Main character priority over alt character
~ All DE mats received on a guild raid go to the guild bank to help with enchants for anyone in the guild. If you are not an
MBS member and need help with an enchant please let us know, we very much appreciate the folks who join forces with us and
will help when we are able.
~ We are using Wow-heroes as our gear score checker. You can look yourself up at:
http://www.wow-heroes.com
Below are current minimum requirements for the currently available raids
Toc10: 2200
ToC25: 2400
ICC 10/25: 2600 and 3.5k DPS self buffed, this place is not as forgiving as previous encounters.
*(note that these numbers may change)
~ If your main does not meet gear requirements for runs on progression status we ask that you bring your main to any farm
run you attend, unless specifically asked to bring your alt for group balance.
~ We want to make the most viable groups we can. This means that we have standards of gear that we will hold everyone to
for progression raids. If you don't meet the required minimum we will let you know and do everything we can to get you ready.
~ We would like all of our raiders to take the time to look up what gear they are going to want from a specific raid that they will be attending.
This will speed up the looting process if you know already what gear you are interested in. There are many resources available to use,
and if you have questions please ask around in guild.
~Our goal is to have fun, and as such we do not wish anyone to feel stuck playing a character they no longer wish to play.
In order to address this we allow raiders to have 1(one) alt raider, for a maximum of 2 (two) raiders total. The rules are as follows:
~All raiders must declare 1(one) main raiding character, and may choose to have 1 (one) alt raiding character.
All characters, main or alt are required to meet the same gear requirements. The raiding alt must fill a different roll that the main
(example: main = tank, alt = ranged DPS).
~A list of all raiding characters will be kept in the forums as well as a list of raids that alts are welcome to go to. No more than
3 alt characters can be signed up for any one run. There must be at least 1 week of running your main raiding character before
your alt can raid again, in order to allow others to bring their alts.
~To prevent any loot disputes all DKP follows the character, not the account. When there is a main and an alt interested in the same
gear the main has priority over the alt, no matter the DKP standing.
~ We aim to have everyone who is in Matchbox Soldiers, raider or not, to have fun. This includes getting our members geared up,
enchanted and gemmed to run the latest raids. Since we all work so hard to get our mains and alts geared, we have a no tolerance
policy for gear farming. Any person suspected of gear farming will be talked to and in extreme cases will be removed from the guild.
If you leave the guild under these terms all alts and mains will be removed. |
